I'm Erin!

When I'm not busy embarrassing my children with my cheesy dance-mom moves, I love spending time outdoors, gardening, mountain biking, snowboarding, or simply enjoying the beauty of nature, trying not trip over it. I also have a deep love for tea, puns, running, and growing my own flowers.

For the past 10 years, I have been working as a trauma therapist; helping people navigate through difficult life experiences and find healing and growth. Through my work, I have witnessed firsthand the incredible resilience of the human spirit, and I am constantly inspired by the courage and strength of my clients.
